Resan till andra sidan (Mojallal)

The Journey to the Other Side of Dreams is a portrait film about the Swedish-Iranian actor Ali-Reza Modjallal, about his acting career in Sweden and Iran, and about the long struggle for freedom. It is a deeply poetic and touching portrayal of how art and politics are closely intertwined, for better or for worse. During the journey, we meet Modjallal's artist colleagues who have been an important support for him on his way into the Swedish society.
